Shanti Nature Resort / Elephant Village / Garden of Eden / Jungle Village / Hillbillies / Passive Active Tourism / Passive Active Tourism Pvt. Ltd. shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client or any person traveling with them, or the agency involved for:

Any death, personal injury, sickness, accident or any misadventure however caused, on account of the client’s negligence and misconduct. (Swimming at your own risk)
The temporary or permanent loss or damage, to baggage or personal effects, however caused, includes negligence on the part of any client. (All valuable, money, videos, cameras etc should be deposited in the Safe Deposit Locker, available free. If the locker key is lost you will be liable to pay and waits for a minimum time of 48 hours to drill open the locker)
If one wants to return to your beach hotels you'll have to arrange for your own transport.
The tour will be operated provided the minimum number of people are met.
The timing / itinerary is subjected to last minute changes at the discretion of your guide, please co-operate.
No Narcotics and alcoholism
Read 'In House rules' at all properties.
Every client has to compulsorily fill & sign the registration declaration form.
Pictures clicked with our properties or on the excursion will be displayed / sold or used as advertising material. The client is not entitled to any claims.
To increase or reduce the cost of excursion quoted.
There is no lifeguard on duty and it is not advised to swim in the river as it is deep with sharp rock edges and slippery surfaces.
To cancel the excursion prior to departure & if we do so its liability shall be limited to, refund the cost paid to us, for excursion.
To amend / alter / vary or withdraw any excursion. In either case we shall not be liable for any damage, additional expense or consequential loss suffered by the client or any agent.
That in case of any disputes, the courts in the state of Goa in India shall have the jurisdictions to deal with the same.
Payments will have to be made in advance, in the name of Passive Active Tourism Pvt. Ltd., Panjim – Goa.
